Cleanliness in rooms could definitely improve!!! Shower dimensions waste space, and the outdated decor is simply uninviting. Noise from adjacent rooms made for an unpleasant experience, disrupting an otherwise decent stay!!!

I really appreciated the friendly staff during my stay and being just a short drive from the EKU Center for the Arts and a peaceful park area across the street made my weekend exploring Richmond that much better.

Check-in was a breeze, super friendly staff. Our Queen room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. The shower was great and there was a seating area. Breakfast had yummy options like fresh waffles. The outdoor pool looked nice, but was closed during our visit. The fitness center had everything needed to stay active.

The check-in took an excruciatingly long time, lasting nearly 30 minutes, and I felt the staff member was visibly annoyed. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. I faced continuous intrusions from housekeeping throughout my stay, even after repeatedly stating I didn’t need service.

The comfortable beds in the room provided a restful night, and breakfast options included hot food items that were satisfactory. However, the exercise bike in the gym was broken, and there were some accessibility challenges, like the lack of elevators.
